The problem

A crowded market of disconnected, template-based experiences.

The majority of competitors rely on open-source LEGO Education templates and offer standalone workshops. This creates a fragmented learning journey that limits true skill development, student retention and, ultimately, partner profitability.

Robotics Camp Coding Workshop LEGO Fun Class → no path between them

Our approach

Three pillars of pedagogical and commercial excellence.

Pillar 1 · The Blueprint

Proprietary curriculum

A research-backed, in-house curriculum that connects every concept to real-world science and engineering.

Pillar 2 · The Pathway

Structured progression

A continuous learning journey that takes students from screenless coding at age 3 to Python and AI at age 16.

Pillar 3 · The Whole Learner

Holistic skill development

A focus on 6 essential life skills, creating future-ready problem-solvers, not just coders.

Pillar 1 · The Blueprint

Every lesson is anchored to real-world science, maths and engineering.

While others mention STEM broadly, our curriculum explicitly maps every prototype to scientific and mathematical theory, boosting engagement and conceptual transfer.

Industrial Crane

Straight answers

“But what if…?”

The questions future partners ask us most — answered honestly.

Have a question that isn’t here?

Tell us about your market and we’ll walk you through what partnership looks like for you.

Talk to our team
“We don’t have robotics or coding teachers.”

You don’t need them on day one. Every lesson comes with a detailed teaching guide, troubleshooting notes, animated explainers and an integrated LMS, so delivery stays consistent without relying on a ‘star’ trainer. Teacher training is part of onboarding, and HQ support continues after launch.

“The upfront investment feels too high.”

There are three ways in. The Launch Partner Model starts with a SGD3,000 starter kit and a monthly subscription, with no large franchise fee. A Single-Centre Franchise has a franchise fee of SGD14,000–28,000*, with the support fee waived for the first 6 months. Pick the route that matches where your business is today.

“Won’t fees eat into my margin as we grow?”

No. The Single-Centre support fee is SGD800–1,200 per month per centre, not tied to enrolment. Whether you teach 30 students or 300, it stays the same — so every additional enrolment improves your margin.

“My market already has robotics and coding brands.”

Most competitors run template-based workshops. Meta Robotics is a next-generation STEM + Coding + AI school with a continuous pathway from age 3 to 16, an award-winning reputation (Parents World and HoneyKids Silver Winner 2025), and DSA portfolio and competition support (FLL, WRO, NRC) that parents actively look for.

“Students drop off after a term or two.”

The curriculum is built as one continuous pathway, from screenless coding at age 3 to Python and AI at 16, with clear progression between levels. Families always have a next step, which keeps students enrolled for years rather than months.

“Weekly classes alone won’t keep the centre busy.”

They don’t have to. Partners also run holiday workshops in March, June, September and December, robotics birthday parties, parent–child sessions and corporate team-building (BYKO) — all from the same platform and materials.

“Will the curriculum go out of date?”

No. It draws on a licensable library of 600+ models, includes AI learning through NEBULA™, and keeps growing — Launch Partners, for example, receive around 4 new lessons every month for each level.

“Will this work outside Singapore?”

The model is built to travel. Investment levels are set country by country, marketing assets and co-hiring options help you launch locally, and the City / Master Franchise route lets experienced operators develop a whole territory with a 70/30 sub-franchise revenue share.

* Franchise fee varies from country to country.
